Meet Our Team     Alan Stephens MD Alan founded the business in 1998 following many years of experience in the industry. He is a fully qualified training instructor and assessor.       Jackie Stephens Office Manager Jackie has been responsible for the office for 8 years, is qualified in Sage accounts and payroll and a member of the IAB. She is also the quality assurance manager for the business.       Andrew Lester Operations Manager Andrew has been with the business for two years following 10 years experience in high level management, and runs the day to day operations of the business.       Richard Allen Tree Consultant Richard has 20 years experience in the Arboricultural industry, and holds a number of qualifications including City and Guilds level 3 in Forestry anda BTEC Higher National Certificate in Forestry and Arboriculture. He is a member of the Arboricultural Association and an associate member of the Chartered Foresters.       Jason Lester Supervisor/Lead climber Jason has been a qualified climber for 4 years, has undertaken Cert. Arb. and is proficient in all aspects of climbing and aerial rescue. Jason supervises the team on a day to day basis.       Ian Baker Second Climber/Ground Crew Ian has been qualified as a climber and groundsperson for 5 years now and holds certificates of competance in NPTC. He backs up the supervisor and is responsible for maintaining all the equipment.
